The Londonderry Basketball Club offers a recreational basketball program as follows:
Kindergarten (separate)
1st Grade Girls & Boys (separate)
2nd Grade (separate)
3rd / 4th Grade Girls
3rd / 4th Grade Boys
5th / 6th Grade Girls
5th / 6th Grade Boys
7th / 8th Grade Boys
7th / 8th Grade Girls
High School Boys
High School Girls
The recreational division only operates on Saturdays and Sundays
K- 2nd Grade divisions run a 1-hour practice / scrimmage format once a week on Saturday
All other divisions have both a 1-hour practice (Sunday) and 1-hour game (Saturday) once a week. These divisions also offer an end of season double elimination playoff schedule.
The season typically runs from early to December through mid-March.
Basketball sizes:
K-2 and Girls 3/4 27.5
Boys 3/4 and Girls 5-8 28.5
Boys 5-8 29.5
2021-2022 Season:
Pending weather and other unforeseen circumstances games will take place on 12/4 (no Boys HS), 12/11 (no Boys HS), 12/18, 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19 (end of season for K-2nd grade)...(playoffs 3/12 & 3/19, and Rec Select (3/4 and 5/6) on 3/26
For the HS Boys division, players are encouraged to make their own teams. Each player on a team should enter their teammates' names in the comments field of the registration. If you don't have teammates, we will put you on a team.
